FAQ
Straight answers on shipping, legal positioning, payment, storage, and what to do when something goes wrong.
Legal and regulatory
Are NeuroForge compounds legal?
All products are sold for research use only and are not approved for human consumption by the FDA, Health Canada, or equivalent regulators outside specific clinical indications. Personal possession laws vary by jurisdiction. If you are unsure of the status of a specific compound in your region, contact a local pharmacist or attorney before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across Canada and to most of the continental United States. International orders outside North America are handled case-by-case; reach out before placing the order. Customs seizures are possible and are the customer's responsibility.
Do you require a prescription?
No. Products are sold as research materials and do not carry a prescription requirement. Customers are responsible for understanding the legal status of each compound in their jurisdiction.
Shipping and fulfillment
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2 p.m. MT ship same-day. Typical transit is 2–4 business days within Canada, 3–7 business days to the US. You will receive a tracking number the moment the label is generated.
How is cold-chain maintained in transit?
Lyophilized (powder) compounds are stable in ambient temperature for multiple days — standard shipping is sufficient. For any reconstituted product or compound flagged as cold-sensitive, we use insulated packaging with reusable ice packs. If you receive a package that looks like it has been sitting in extreme heat or cold, photograph it before opening and contact support.
My order hasn't arrived.
Check the tracking link in your order confirmation first. If there's no movement for more than 3 business days after the expected delivery window, contact support — we will either re-ship or issue a refund depending on the situation.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) via Stripe for all Canadian orders and most US orders. For orders flagged by our processor, we offer e-transfer (Canada only). We do not accept cryptocurrency at this time.
Is my payment information stored?
No. Payment is processed by Stripe and card data never touches our servers. You can save a card for future checkout through Stripe's secure vault if you want a faster return experience.
Are returns available?
Due to the nature of the products and sterile handling requirements, we do not accept returns on opened or reconstituted vials. Unopened vials in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit, minus shipping. Contact support before shipping anything back.
Storage and handling
How do I store a vial I just received?
Lyophilized (dry powder) vials should go into the freezer (-20°C) if you're not planning to reconstitute within the next 30 days. Otherwise refrigerator (2–8°C) is fine. See the cold-chain guide for specifics.
How do I reconstitute a vial?
See the reconstitution guide. You will need bacteriostatic water, alcohol swabs, and an insulin syringe.
How long does a reconstituted vial last?
Most peptides are stable for 28–30 days at 2–8°C once reconstituted. A few (DSIP is the primary example) are shorter at 14–21 days. Vial labels note any compound-specific shelf-life considerations.
Safety
Should I consult a doctor before using these products?
Yes. Any peptide use outside a controlled research setting should be discussed with a licensed physician — particularly if you take prescription medications, have a history of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, thyroid conditions, or hormone-dependent cancers.
What are common side effects?
Side-effect profiles vary widely by compound. Injection-site redness and mild bruising are the most common across all subq protocols. GLP-1 agonists commonly cause nausea and GI effects during dose escalation. GHRPs can cause flushing or mild appetite changes. Compound-specific detail is covered in each product listing and the relevant protocol.
What do I do if something goes wrong?
Stop the compound. If the symptom is mild (localized redness, mild nausea), observe for 24–48 hours and log it. If the symptom is systemic or severe — chest pain, shortness of breath, significant swelling, persistent vomiting — seek immediate medical attention. Tell the treating physician exactly what you took, at what dose, and when.
Product authenticity
How do I know the product is what the label says?
NeuroForge operates a third-party HPLC verification program. Certificates of analysis are available on request for any lot — email support with your order number and the batch code printed on the vial.
Do you test for purity?
Yes. Every production lot is tested for identity and purity (minimum 98%) before release. Endotoxin and sterility testing are run on reconstituted samples. Out-of-spec lots are rejected and never ship to customers.
