GLOW in Canada
Also known as GLOW blend · GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 · GLOW peptide 70 mg · Skin and repair blend
GLOW is a three-peptide blend that puts the copper tripeptide GHK-Cu, the gastric pentadecapeptide BPC-157 and the thymosin-β4 fragment TB-500 in a single 70 mg vial. The rationale is mechanistic: extracellular-matrix remodelling from one component, angiogenic and nitric-oxide signalling from a second, and actin-driven cell migration from a third. No published study has tested the three together; what exists is the separate literature on each. Canada Peptides carries research-grade GLOW as a single lyophilised vial, priced and shipped in CAD for laboratory and research use only.

- Class
- Multi-peptide blend (copper tripeptide + gastric pentadecapeptide + thymosin-β4 fragment)
- Structure
- GHK-Cu (3 aa, copper complex) + BPC-157 (15 aa) + TB-500 (Tβ4 fragment) · 70 mg total peptide per vial
- Half-life
- Minutes for each component in plasma; tissue effects reported to outlast circulating levels
- Route in research
- Subcutaneous in the research literature for all three components; GHK-Cu also topical
- Cadence in research
- Once daily in most animal protocols for each component; no protocol exists for the blend
- Storage
- Lyophilised: refrigerated, dark. Reconstituted: refrigerated, used within weeks; solution is blue from the copper complex
